Shipping Information

Please note that the shipping address is taken from PayPal. If your delivery address differs from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.

The address can be changed before your order is shipped. However, once shipped, we cannot change the shipping method or delivery address.


Order Confirmation

Order Tracking

IMPORTANT

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. If you request a refund, a 30% restocking fee will be charged.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Personalized products typically require 3-5 business days for production. After shipping, standard delivery takes approximately 5-18 business days.

Please note that production time may vary during holidays.

Note: Due to COVID-19, delivery may be delayed depending on local regulations and government policies.


CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.


HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready for dispatch. Please note that customized orders may take up to 8 business days to process before shipment.

Delivery dates may vary due to weather conditions or public holidays.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are happy to offer international shipping.

NOTE: All prices on our website are listed in EUR. Once your transaction is completed, your card will be charged in your local currency.


PLEASE NOTE:
• If your customized product needs to be recreated, your order may be delayed. Only items that pass quality control are shipped.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.
• We do not offer overnight shipping.
